The Microsoft Certification Blog is hosted by Microsoft MSDN and written by Gerry O'Brien, an expert on both SQL and Developer cetifications offered by Microsoft. His blog contains fairly regular entries that are well organized and detailed on the subject of MS certification. For example, he covers exams that are currently under development or what's new,  locations where exams can be taken around the world, and exam road maps to help guide IT professionals through the maze of MS certifications. The site also has handy tag cloud showing hottest search topics, a blog roll, archives (circa 2006) and a recent posts section.
