Microsoft's Stephen Sinofsky is continuing to blog on Windows, but has switched gears to Windows 8, now that Windows 7 has reached major milestones or market maturity. His blog contains the beginnings of the new Windows 8 OS that is being considerably revamped, particularly the user interface. Sinofsky plans to document major details of the re-engineering of Windows and so far includes ruminations on his intial conversations on the subject.
This is one blog you may wish to follow, particularly if you are a software developer, since major changes are in store with Windows 8 programming. It's not entirely clear what particularly language or framework will become most favored for application development in Windows 8. But HTML 5 and Javascript will emphasized by Microsoft.
