Event Overview
Windows Workflow Foundation was released with the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 and enables developers to visually define processes in either a sequential (think flowchart) or state machine (think Unified Modeling Language (UML) activity or state diagram) project. The ability to abstract, manage, and reuse a business process is a very powerful and flexible tool for developers. In this webcast, we cover the fundamentals of what Workflow Foundation is and where you might use it. We also demonstrate using the development tools and several of the interesting activities included out of the box. Presenter: Lindsay Rutter, Developer Evangelist, Microsoft Corporation Lindsay Rutter is a Microsoft developer evangelist based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Lindsay spends her time getting developers excited and informed about the latest Microsoft technologies.
